The following items are not eligible for return:

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
Note: Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipping the Return
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
